Apprentice ID Cards
- Print a new Apprentice ID card after you complete a period of your program, and carry it with you on the jobsite.
- Show your card to your employer or sponsor to confirm your registration and progression in your apprenticeship program. Employers may ask for this in order to validate pay increases.
- Sign in to your MyTradesecrets account.
- Confirm your profile is up to date.
- Select the Applicationstab.
- Click theDetails button at the end of your current application.
- Under Program Summary, click the Print a new apprentice ID card button.
- Download, print, or email your new Apprentice ID Card.
Transcripts
- Submit a Transcript Request application to order your apprentice transcript.
- 1 to 4 Transcripts: $20
- 5 to 8 Transcripts: $40
- 9 to 12 Transcripts: $60
- 13 to 16 Transcripts: $80
