2025 Convictions
- As a matter of public record, on September 16, 2025, [NAME REDACTED] entered a guilty plea in Drayton Valley Provincial Court to a regulatory charge under section 28(1) of the Skilled trades and Apprenticeship Education Act for causing a person to act upon a forged Heavy Equipment Technician Journeyman Certification. The Court ordered a $1,500 fine.
- As a matter of public record, on October 03, 2025, [NAME REDACTED] entered a guilty plea in Edmonton Provincial Court to a regulatory charge under section 28(1) of the Skilled trades and Apprenticeship Education Act for causing a person to act upon a forged Ironworker Structural Ornamental Journeyman Certification. The Court ordered a $1,200 fine.
- As a matter of public record, on July 30, 2025, [NAME REDACTED] entered a guilty plea in Hinton Provincial Court to a criminal charge under section 368(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada with intent to defraud a person with a forged Heavy Equipment Technician Journeyman Certification. The Court ordered a $5,000 fine
- As a matter of public record, on November 28, 2025, [NAME REDACTED] entered a guilty plea in Edmonton Provincial Court to a regulatory charge under section 28(1) of the Skilled trades and Apprenticeship Education Act for causing a person to act upon a forged Steamfitter-Pipefitter Journeyman Certification. The Court ordered an $18,000 fine.
2024 Convictions
- As a matter of public record, on July 9, 2024, at Edmonton Court of Justice, [NAME REDACTED] was sentenced to a 9-month prison term for defrauding 10 employers between February 2021 and August, 2022, by using a forged Alberta Journeyman Millwright certificate.
- As a matter of public record, on April 26, 2024, [NAME REDACTED] entered a guilty plea in Edmonton Provincial Court to a regulatory charge under section 28 (1) of the Skilled trades and Apprenticeship Education Act for causing a person to act upon a forged Welder Journeyman Certification. The Court ordered an $8,000 fine or to be imprisoned for a term of 66 days in default.
2023 Convictions
- As a matter of public record, on October 23 , 2023, [NAME REDACTED] entered a guilty plea in Edmonton Provincial Court to two offences under Section 362(1)(a) for False Pretences, and Section 368(1)(a) for causing a person to act upon a forged Heavy Equipment Technician Certification. The Court ordered a $10,000 fine, and an 12-months Probation Order.
2021 Convictions
- As a matter of public record, on April 7, 2021, [NAME REDACTED] entered a guilty plea in Whitecourt Provincial Court and received a $5,000 fine and a $1,500 Victim Surcharge fee for a single Criminal Code offence of causing a person to act upon a forged Heavy Equipment Technician Journeyman Certificate.
- As a matter of public record, on June 10, 2021, [NAME REDACTED] entered a guilty plea in Edmonton Provincial Court to a single offence under the Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training Act of 28(B), purporting to hold certification. The Courts ordered a $7,000 fine. [NAME REDACTED] was also ordered to pay restitution to their employer at the time in the amount of $12,668.

The Court ordered a $5,000 fine, a victim surcharge of $1,500, and an 18-months Probation Order.
2020 Convictions
- As a matter of public record, on September 15, 2020, [NAME REDACTED] entered a guilty plea in Edmonton Provincial Court and received a $6,500 fine for a single Criminal Code offence of causing a person to act upon a forged Crane and Hoist Equipment Operator (Mobile Crane) Journeyman Certificate
2019 Convictions
- As a matter of public record, on March 25, 2019, [NAME REDACTED], entered a guilty plea in Edmonton Provincial Court and received a $2500 fine for a single Criminal Code offence of causing a person to act upon an Alberta Journeyman Parts Tech Red Seal Certificate.
2018 Convictions
- As a matter of public record, on October 24, 2018, [NAME REDACTED], entered a guilty plea in Edmonton Provincial Court under Sections 54(1) and 17 of the Apprenticeship and Industry Training Act for causing employers within Alberta to act upon a forged Ironworker Journeyman Certificate. The case is concluded, and [NAME REDACTED], received a collective fine of $17, 500, and a period of 36 months’ probation.
